- People who use the pillow recommend allowing time to adjust and get used to this new pillow shape.
- Position your body so your ear is placed into the comfort-ear well. This will position your head, neck and shoulders in the correct location.
- As you rest, lift your chin very slightly and your back should be pressed slightly against the long tail.
- Pillow can be aired-out when received. Remove pillow from package, remove the pillow-case using the button and zipper. Wash pillow case and hang dry allowing the Side Sleeper Pro inner pillow to air-out.
- When pillow case is dry, put the case back on the pillow.
